"After my father passed away, I had a million things to fix in his Phoenix condo – very squeaky garage door, sticky & hard to lock patio door, old pipes, constantly running toilet, unused key pad on the entrance door, broken shower handles, a sink that needed caulk – you name it, I needed it fixed or updated.

PJ came over several times, always on time and with a positive attitude.  There’s nothing he can’t fix!  He even replaced a parquet floor tile, which required buying a piece of wood, cutting it into several pieces to make one square tile (to match the other squares), and then staining.  He noticed an outside light that wasn’t up to code and suggested it be taken down.  He took down an attached shower caddy from the master shower after noting that it would be seen as a negative by potential buyers.

On his last repair visit, he even came with a weed wacker to take down the weeds on my Dad’s porch!  Even I hadn’t thought of that!

When I mentioned the condo needed a new a/c unit, wouldn’t you know, he knew a guy I could call for an estimate.

Knowing I could call Golden Valley Maintenance and receive professional, excellent service gave me peace of mind as I dealt with the myriad of things related to my father’s condo. 

Too bad PJ doesn’t live in Minnesota, so that I had my very own world’s best handyman close by!"
